Srinagar: Train services resumed on Saturday after remaining suspended on Friday in the Kashmir valley for “security reasons” on eve of Republic Day.
All trains will chug on Saturday in the Kashmir valley, a railway official told UNI this morning.
Train service remained suspended for the second day on Friday for “security reasons” in south Kashmir, where two Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) militants were killed in an encounter with government forces in Shopian on Wednesday.
