SRINAGAR: Tehsil administration Budgam Wednesday organised a revenue camp at Bemina in collaboration with Bemina Development and Welfare Forum (BDWF).
The camp was attended by a large number of people. Over 150 PRCs were issued on the spot.
The locals hailed the efforts of Tehsil administration Budgam and expressed gratitude to Bemina Development and Welfare Forum for organising first of its kind revenue camp in Bemina.
Tehsildar Budgam, Naib Tehsildar, clerical staff, field functionaries of revenue department attended the camp.
Chairman of BDWF, Syed Ali Safvi said that Bemina has for long been victim of political negligence and official apathy, and Bemina Development and Welfare Forum’s aim is work for the development of the area.
“A lot of work needs to be done here. This area has completely been forgotten by the political leaders as well as authorities. We are trying to build a bridge between the administration and the people so that this area too gets its due share of development.”
