He said, “All the activities carried out by the department at different levels should be digitised simultaneously so that the e-governance project can be completed within the stipulated time.”
He directed the officers for ensuring that the ongoing programmes were successfully completed at the earliest to avoid cost and time overrun.
He impressed upon the officers to keep a digital track of all the centrally sponsored schemes being implemented in the divisions and make it a point that these schemes are executed as per the set guidelines and timeline already decided. He directed Chief Agriculture Officers of concerned districts to take periodic reviews of different Schemes in their districts so that a systematic monitoring mechanism can be evolved to achieve satisfactory results.
