Now, NIA cancels its summons to Geelani’s son

Srinagar: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has cancelled summons to Syed Naseem Geelani to its headquarter in New Delhi on Tuesday.

Nasim is second son of Hurriyat Conference chief, Syed Ali Geelani.

“I received a call from NIA officials on Monday evening telling me that the summon has been cancelled,” Nasim told the Kashmir Reader today.

NIA had called Nasim for questioning in alleged funding case for fourth time today.

At least ten Kashmiris including seven Hurriyat Conference, leaders have been arrested and are lodged in Tihar jail Delhi in the alleged case.
