DFP pays tributes to Chaudhary Abbas

SRINAGAR: The Democratic Freedom Party has paid glowing tributes to late Chaudhary Ghulam Abbas on his death anniversary.
Terming the late leader as a fighter of the rights of Muslims, the DFP statement said that late Chaudhary Ghulam Abbas reorganised the socio-political organisation Young Men’s Muslim Association, which was established earlier in 1909 and was the only platform that Muslims were using to raise their political voice in Jammu and Kashmir.
Terming the late leader as a great man of ideology, the DFP said that he will always be remembered for his role he played in Jammu and Kashmir and later in “Azad Kashmir”.
