Clashes erupt in Shopian village during CASO

Srinagar: Cashes between protesters and government forces erupted in a village of Shopian district in south Kashmir, sources said on Monday.
They said that forces launched Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in Batmaran-Wanpora village of Shopian district after input about the presence of militants.
Soon as the forces started searches, people mostly youth, raised slogans.
Local sources said that protesters pelted stones on forces resulting in clashes.
