Residents decry poor service of Bajaj Alianz insurance Co

Srinagar: The Shehr-e-Khaas Coordination Committee has decried the delay in reimbursement of insurance claims by Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd (BAGICL), the insurance partner of Jammu & Kashmir bank.
President of the committee, Basheer Ahmad Kenu told Kashmir Reader that the Bajaj Allianz makes them suffer for the faulty delivery claims of clients which has irked the entire traders community.
“We want JK Bank to cancel tie-up with Bajaj for its lethargic attitude and select another company for the same. We are fed up with the company now. It suffers us with lengthy waits and it poor service,” he said.
The committee said that they had sought a meeting with chairman J&K bank which was refused by his office on the grounds that the chairman has been advised by the doctor to “not meet people” for health reasons.
They sought immediate redressal of their grievances.
