NIA summons grandson of Salahudin for ‘questioning’

Srinagar: National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Friday summoned the grandson of Hizbul Mujahideen chief Syed Salahudin.
Sources said that Muzammil, the son of Salahudeen’s daughter, in his early twenties has been summoned to New Delhi for “questioning”.
Earlier, NIA had summoned Salahudeen’s son, Shahid Yousuf to New Delhi. However, the probe agency arrested Shahid.
NIA has registered at least two cases about alleged funding in Kashmir.
It has so far arrested at least eleven persons including seven pro-freedom leaders.
