TRAL: A youth from Tral injured in grenade blast on Thursday is battling for his life at SKIMS Srinagar, and his family and relatives have appealed people for prayers for his recovery.
Mushtaq Ahmad Shiekh resident of Tral-e-Payeen was injured in the grenade blast aimed at R&B Minister Nayeem Akhter.
Mushtaq’s relatives told Kashmir Reader that doctors have been trying to control his bleeding but have not succeeded so far.
“So far we have donated 13 pints of blood for him but his condition seems to be deteriorating every passing hour,” Fayaz Ahmad Trali, Mushtaq’s relative said.
The family has appealed people to pray for the injured youth so that he could win his battle with death.
Meanwhile, a complete shutdown was observed for third day on Saturday in Tral town against the civilian killings.
All shops and business establishments are closed while traffic was off the roads.
Two civilians Rattandeep Kour, daughter of Ichpal Singh resident of Chattrogam, and Ghulam Nabi Trag son of Ghulam Ahmad Trag resident of Tral-e-Payeen were killed in the incident. At least 30 persons including some forces personnel were also injured in the incident.
