Inculcating spiritual values need of the hour: Hami

SRINAGAR: To ensure peace and to get rid from anti-Islamic powers, we have to inculcate spiritual values, said Karwaan-e-Islami chief Moulana Ghulam Rasool Hami.
Addressing a public gathering at Budgam, MoulanaHhami said the way anti-Islamic powers are maligning the image of Islam is completely “inhuman”. “Islam is the religion of peace and saving people from cruelty and persecution is highly appreciated in Islam. We have to follow the path shown by Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) and its example created by Imam-e-Hussain (RA),” he said.
He said the way Muslims are being harassed across the world and then labelled as terrorists is the complete proof that anti-Islamic powers are now united against Muslims. “Muslims should unite,” Moulana Hami said.
He also stressed on Muslims to “come forward to save society from alcohol and drugs which are absorbing our society like rust”.
