Srinagar: Indian and Pakistani troopers Wednesday exchanged indiscriminate firing of small arms, automatics and mortars in the Bhimber Gali sector along the Line of Control (LoC), reports said.
According to reports the firing started around 5 am in the morning.
Pertinently, after every such incident along the Line of Control or the International Border in Jammu and Kashmir, both the neighbouring countries accuse each other of violating the ceasefire which is in place since 2003.
The firing incidents along the LoC have increased in recent days.
As per defence sources 13 suspected militants have been killed along the LoC in last few days.
Pakistan has accused that Indian troops killed its two civilians after they attacked civilian areas.
