Man kills brother in Tral after argument on irrigating fields

TRAL: A 55-year-old man was killed by his brother in Chewa village of Tral in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Thursday morning, police said.
Two brothers, Abdul Aziz Reshi and Ghulam Hassan Reshi entered into a heated argument after the former had irrigated his paddy field through the land of the latter.
“During heated argument  Aziz was hit hard by his brother Ghulam Hassan and his son Abbas Reshi resulting into his on spot death,” a police official said.
Aziz was immediately taken to nearby hospital where doctors pronounced him brought dead.
Police has registered a murder case against the brother of the deceased and his son.
“We have registered an FIR number 42 of 2017 under section 302 against the Ghulam Hassan Reshi and his son involved in the killing,” SHO Tral Zahoor Ahmed told Kashmir Reader.
He said that they have also arrested deceased’s brother, nephew and sister-in-law.
