Lashkar to hold annual meet to ‘devise new policy’

SRINAGAR: Lashkar-e-Toyiba (LeT) chief Mehmood Shah has called a meeting of the outfit’s command council to devise a new policy “considering the updated Indian policies”, a statement of the outfit said.
“We strongly condemned brutalities on students. LeT is going to conduct a two-day annual meet of its command council and very important decisions are expected in the meeting,” a spokesperson of the outfit Dr Abdullah Ghazanvi said.
He added, “Mujahideen will be given special targets which will be in accordance with new policies of the Indian government. Forces will be defeated completely and in all dimensions. New district commanders will be appointed. This meeting will be very important for the year 2017-2018 in which Tehreek-e-Azadi Kashmir will achieve its goals.”
“India has left no stone unturned to sabotage the freedom movement. Our children are facing bullets, tear gas shells and pellets. We are steadfast. India won’t be able to stay (in Kashmir) for long. Unity is the need of the hour,” Dr Ghaznavi said.
