Kulgam youth injured on poll day at Ganderbal succumbs

Ganderbal: A youth from South Kashmir’s Kulgam district, injured in the firing incident on the poll day in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district succumbed to his injuries at SKIMS Soura on Wednesday morning.
Muzaffar Ahmad Mir son of Ghulam Mohi lu din, (25) resident of Zangalpora, according to sources was injured at Baroosa Ganderbal when government forces opened fire on protesters on April 09 poll day succumbed early morning.
Muzaffar was working as a labourer at Baroosa market. With the passing away of Muzaffar, the death in polling day clashes has gone up to 9.
Pertinently a local youth Omar Farooq of Baroosa was killed and two others including Muzaffar were injured in the firing incident on April 13 when by-polls were held for Srinagar constituency.
