Our bank has got a huge business here running in thousands of crores besides other businesses across the valley having colossal value in monetary and other terms. And all these businesses operate in a fragile environment which can be covered with highly customized insurance products. Besides, we need to identify and address gaps in the systems and procedures on both sides of the partnerships so that we are able to serve our clientele better and improve both our bottom-line and brand image”, he added.
Commenting on the product, he said, “all our operative levels must remain alive to the needs and expectations of our customers. They must make the customers aware about the features of the product and educate them about its significance in the current times. More importantly, they need to have proper consent from the customers after presenting pros and cons of the product.”
