JKLF pays tributes to slain leaders

SRINAGAR: Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) Saturday paid tributes to its leaders Shaheed Fayaz Ahmad Dar and Shaheed Mehraj ud din Usman “who embraced martyrdom for the freedom of Jammu Kashmir”.
While recalling the struggle and sacrifices of the two leaders, JKLF chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik said that “these martyrs sacrificed their today for the betterment of our tomorrow”.
Recalling the sacrifices of Usman and Fayaz Ahmad Dar killed in 1990, Malik said that they were “real warriors whose sacrifices can never be forgotten.”
He said that a resistance movement nourished by “sacred blood of such great martyrs can’t be defeated by any power of the world”
Meanwhile JKLF also expressed grief and sorrow over the demise of uncle of its incarcerated activist Molvi Reyaz Ahmad Sopore and niece of its activist Muhammad Iqbal Wani Kulgam.
JKLF zonal president Noor Muhammad Kalwal and district president Abdul Sattar led delegations visited the bereaved families and expressed condolences to them. Also JKLF senior leader Zahoor Ahmad Butt along with JKLF district president Javed Ahmad Butt and others today visited Pulwama and visited the families of recent ‘martyrs’.
