SRINAGAR: Chairperson Dukhtaran-e-Millat (DeM) Syeda Aasiya Andrabi on Tuesday said the killing of militants on daily basis is a “huge loss to us” while ruing there is “very less damage inflicted on enemy”.
She also appealed the militant leadership to “check within your ranks if there are any black sheep within the leadership”.
“The leadership should introspect and find a reason behind it (killing of militants),” Aasiya said in a statement issued here. In a statement issued here, Andrabi paid tributes to two militants, Abu Anas and Abu Ali, who were killed in an encounter with government forces in Hadoora area of Ganderbal district.
She said the “sacrifices of youth will not go waste and their blood will bring freedom” to Jammu and Kashmir. “The mujahideen are successful for their entire hereafter but it is a loss to us.”
The DeM chief added, “We have been witnessing that after the killing of Abu Qasim and Burhan Wani, how much love the people of Kashmir have for these mujahideen. Every time when there is a cordon, people play on their lives to save them.”
“For a long time now, we have seen that two mujahideen are killed everyday be those locals or guests. They fight for our safety and to free us from the clutches of Indian occupation. They sacrifice their today for our tomorrow,” she said.
“The sacred and pious blood of these mujahideen will never go in vain and will definitely bear fruits. Endless sacrifices need to be safeguarded and we as a nation have a collective responsibility in this regard,” she said.
