SRINAGAR: Adviser to the Pakistan prime minister on Foreign Affairs, Sartaj Aziz, on Friday said that Pakistan is ready for unconditional talks with India to resolve all issues including the core issue of Kashmir.
He was talking to a television channel, Radio Pakistan reported.
He said that any talks between the two countries cannot succeed till resolution of the Kashmir issue.
Aziz said Pakistan prime minister Nawaz Sharif forcefully raised the Kashmir issue and “brutalities of Indian occupied forces” in Kashmir at the United Nations.
“The international community accepted that Kashmir is a disputed territory. International pressure is now mounting on India,” he said.
