Srinagar: J&K Teachers Forum on Friday said the employees are part of the society and cannot remain unaffected and mute spectators to the ongoing situation in Kashmir. In a statement president teachers forum Ab Qayoom Wani said employees being part of the society “feel the pain”.
“The continuous use of pellet guns and injuring thousands and rendering hundreds blind is the worst example of human rights violation. The killing of innocent youths is an irreparable loss. All the state, national and international human rights organisations are urged to compel the government to conduct the time bound enquiry into killings and injuring of thousands by the forces. They should play their role in getting the culprits punished,” Qayoom said.
Qayoom asked people to maintain discipline and ensure unhindered movement to ambulances and health employees.
