Azadi leaders wish recovery to Pak PM

Srinagar: Pro-freedom leaders on Tuesday wished speedy recovery to the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Nawaz Sharif, who underwent an open-heart surgery in England.
Chairman Hurriyat Conference (G), Syed Ali Geelani, prayed for his speedy recovery and good health.
In a statement issued here, he said, “The entire whole Kashmiri nation is sending wishes to him and wants to express their sympathy with his family.”
The statement said Geelani emailed a message to Sharif’s family.
The incarcerated chairman of Democratic Freedom Party (DFP), Shabir Ahmad Shah, also prayed for Sharif’s health.
Shah, in a statement issued to press, said the Kashmir wishes speedy recovery to the Pak PM, as “the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and its government means a lot to the oppressed people of Kashmir”.
Chairman Hurriyat Conference (M), Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, also extended his best wishes and prayers to Sharif.
“In an email message to Maryam Nawaz, daughter of Mian Nawaz Sharif, Mirwaiz prayed to almighty Allah for his good health and speedy recovery from the open-heart surgery,” a statement issued here by Hurriyat (M) said.
