Arms, ammunition recovered in Awantipora

Awantipora: Police claimed to have busted two militant hideouts in South Kashmir’s Awantipora area and recovered large quantity of arms and ammunition, police said.
SP Awantipora Shirdhar Patil told Kashmir Reader that acting on a specific intelligence input, Police with 42RR and 130 BN CRPF busted the two hideouts constructed in the residential house of one Ghulam Nabi Mir son of Ghulam Mohammad Mir resident of Dadsara and Government Middle School, Noorpora Awantipora respectively which were being used by militants since years.
One pistol, one pistol magazine with 37 rounds,  two hand grenades, 2 UBGL grenades, 81 AK rounds, one wireless set with antenna, gas cylinder, battery, inverter, stabilizer, cooking gas, mustard oil, spices, blankets, B.P Patka, chitra uniform and other arms  ammunitions were recovered.
