SRINAGAR: The Meteorological department on Friday forecasted the prevailing dry weather over the state for next 24 hours.
“Weather is likely to remain dry in the state. However, there is possibility of thundery development towards afternoon,” the weather department predicted.
According to MeT office, the maximum temperature in the city is likely to hover around 30 degrees celsius while as the minimum temperature may settle at 13 degrees celsius.
On Friday, the maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded at 29.5 degrees, three notches above normal and 13.4 degrees, a notch above normal, respectively.
The humidity level in the evening was settled at 37 percent.
