SRINAGAR: A daylong workshop-cum-meeting on feasibility of introducing “solar micro cold storage in J&K” was conducted by Jammu and Kashmir Energy Development Agency (JAKEDA) at Tawanai Ghar Bemina, Srinagar.
Budding entrepreneurs, officers of JAKEDA, experts from post harvest technology SKUAST (K), horticulture department, agriculture department, and floriculture department participated in the workshop. Devendra Gupta CEO/co-founder Ecozen Solutions, Pune also attended.
Gupta gave a technical presentation on solar micro cold storage technology wherein he highlighted the various technical and commercial aspects.
The participants also evaluated the scope of the application of the solar cold storage technology in J&K.
