JKLF consults groups to evolve a united strategy

SRINAGAR: The Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) has started consultations with various groups to “tackle new challenges posed by Indian rulers and their Kashmiri stooges”.
As per a statement issued here, JKLF chief Muhammad Yasin Malik, along with a party delegation, met the leadership of Jammu and Kashmir High Court Bar Association, Kashmir Economic Alliance and Kashmir Traders and Manufacturers Federation to “promote a unified approach for tackling new challenges of Israel-type separate colonies for Kashmiri Pandits and army, and East India Company-type industrial policy and shelters for outsiders”.
During the meetings, Malik said Indian rulers and “their Kashmiri stooges are hell bent on changing the demography of Jammu and Kashmir”.
“He informed these organizations that these conspiracies are only meant to strengthen the illegal Indian occupation of Jammu Kashmir and to divert people from their struggle for freedom to other issues. There is a need of a collective and unified response to these new challenges. We hope that all pro-freedom parties, traders bodies, chambers, unions, civil society, students, and other people will unite to tackle these new challenges,” the statement said.
