BANDIPORA: The District Development Board (DDB), Bandipora, which met here under the chairmanship of minister for youth services & sports, IT and information technology, Molvi Imran Raza Ansari, on Tuesday approved an annual plan of Rs 98.96 crore for the year 2016-2017.
Deputy speaker, J&K Legislative Assembly and MLA Gurez, Nazir Ahmad Gurezi, MLA Sonawari, Mohammad Akbar Lone, MLA, Bandipora, Usman Majeed and MLC, Yasir Reshi attended the meeting.
Among others, deputy commissioner, Bandipora, Sajad Hussain and heads of various departments besides other concerned officers were present.
Earlier, the DDC gave detailed overview of the achievements made during 2015-2016 fiscal and informed that out of total Rs 104.02 crore approved budget, Rs 103.27 crore were made available and Rs 98.22 crore were spent which is 95.12 percent achievement of the target.
The DDC also apprised the meeting about the proposed targets for district plan for year 2016-17.
