CPI (M) calls for policy to tackle unemployment

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir unit of CPI (M) on Sunday demanded a comprehensive policy to address “rising unemployment” among the youth in the state, saying they are key agents for development and peace in the region.
“The youths are the key agents for development and peace. They should remain at the forefront in the struggle against anti-people policies of the government, corruption, and unemployment,” senior party leader and Kulgam MLA M Y Tarigami told a youth convention.
