Flash floods play havoc in Ramban, 80 domestic animals killed

Ramban: About 80 animals, including sheep and cattle, were killed when flash floods struck some areas in  Ramban.
Reports sad that flash floods caused by cloud burst struck Kumait area resulting in the death of 57 sheep and goats of Nazim Din. 15 cattle including 3 Jersey cows and several sheep and goats were also swept away in the Gami nallah . Eight sheep and goats belonging to a nomad family camping near Amar Chasma, Batote were reportedly washed away in the Kathni nallah Thursday evening.
Besides heavy damage has been caused to the houses of Amina Begum in Boon hamlet and Jagmohan in Tringla. Houses of Chadu Ram Gaddi and Lal Chand Gaddi in Gami hamlet and Kamaljit in Tringla were partially damaged. Two culverts in Gami and 3 in Chilla were fully damaged.
