Srinagar: It was a pleasant morning in the summer capital today with the mercury settling at a minimum of 10 degrees celsius, normal at this point of the season.
The weathermen have predicted mainly clear sky throughout the day.
“It will be a mainly clear day and maximum temperature is expected to settle around 24 degrees celsius,” a MeT official said.
According to MeT department, relative humidity at 8:30 am was recorded at 77 percent.
Yesterday, the maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded 21.9 degrees celsius and 9.9 degrees celsius.
Also, the department has forecasted possibility of scattered rainfall on 10th and 11th of May and fairly widespread rainfall on 12th of May.
