Srinagar: Residents of Srinagar woke up to partly cloudy skies this morning even as minimum temperature settled at 9.9 degrees celsius, normal at this point of the season.
According to MeT department, relative humidity was recorded at 89 percent at 8:30 am.
“Temperature is expected to rise to a maximum of 22 degrees celsius during the day. Sky is likely to remain partly cloudy and there is possibility of light rains and thundershowers,” a MeT official predicted.
The total amount of rainfall recorded from yesterday till 8:30 am was 4.3 mm.
Yesterday, maximum temperature was recorded at 20.0 degrees celsius, while mercury had dipped to a low of 11.6 degrees celsius.
