MOHALI: Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi on Friday said that he was yet to make up his mind on retirement post the ongoing ICC World T20 cricket tournament.
“I have not taken any decision. I will do it in front of my nation,” said Afridi at toss of the crucial game against Australia.
Afridi have done flip-flops on his retirement in the past. Earlier in the competition, he had said that Friday’s game against Australia could be his last.He was criticised severely after his team’s loss to India and New Zealand earlier in the tournament. Pakistan Cricket Board chief has already made it clear that Afridi would be removed as captain post the World T20.
The 36-year-old had made his international debut against Kenya in 1996.
