JKLF announces prog to commemorate martyrs

SRINAGAR: In connection with anniversaries of Jalil Andrabi, Ishfaq Majeed Wani, Dr Abdul Ahad Guru, and Shabir Ahmad Sidiqi, Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) on Thursday announced programmes to commemorate the martyrdom of these personalities.
According to a statement issued here, JKLF chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik, presided over a party meeting and announced the programme “to remember the martyrs”.
“To commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Shaheed-e-Insaaf, advocate Jalil Indrabi, a Qur’an Khawani will be held at JKLF head office and other district offices on March 26 (Saturday). On March 30, (Wednesday), a condolence meeting will be held at Mazar-e-Shuhada, Eidgah, in connection with anniversaries of Shaheed-e-Kashmir Ishfaq Majeed Wani, and Shaheed Shabir Ahmad Sidiqi. The meeting will start at 10: am,” Malik announced.
He said on March 31(Thursday), a blood donation camp will be organised at Abi Guzar, Srinagar, in memory of Dr Abdul Ahad Guru. “Hameed blood bank will organise the camp in which JKLF leaders and well-wishers will donate blood for the sake of humanity. The camp will start at 10: 30 am.”
During the meeting, Malik said, “The sacred mission of martyrs is our precious treasure and we will leave no stone unturned to fulfill their mission.”
