Tramboo pays tributes to Awantipora slain militants

SRINAGAR: JKLF (R) patron, Barrister Abdul Majid Tramboo, on Thursday paid tribute to two slain militants who were killed in a gunfight with government forces in Awantipora on Wednesday.
In a statement issued here, Tramboo also condemned the use of force against civilians in Ashmuqam and Kulgam while appealing the international bodies to take cognisance of the situation in Kashmir.
“The people of Kashmir are fighting for just cause and the international community is duty-bound to impress India to fulfill its promise for which UN is witness,” he said and prayed for the speedy recovery of two students who were injured in forces’ firing.
