Muslim League condemns PSA on youths

SRINAGAR: Muslim League Jammu Kashmir on Sunday condemned the slapping of PSA on two youths, Umar Mushtaq and Ghulam Nabi Mir of Langate who were shifted to Kot Bhalwal jail and 8th PSA on Zubair Ahmad Turray of Shopian.
In a statement issued here, a League spokesman said, “India, through such measures, neither succeeded in crushing our freedom movement nor will it ever.”
He said authorities have already launched a political vendetta against the Muslim League leaders including its Chairman Masarat Alam Bhat “who is not released even after the court orders”.
The spokesman said a party delegation including Abdul Rashid Dar, Manzoor Ahmad Lalhaari, and Sabzaar Ahmad visited Tral to pay tributes to recently slain militants and to express condolence with the bereaved families.
