Srinagar: A man wounded in last week’s firing in Jammu has been shifted to a Srinagar hospital.
Farman Ali, a resident of Bari Brahamna, was allegedly forced to leave a hospital in Jammu despite his fractured shoulder and arm.
A spokesman of Awami Ittihad Party (AIP) said that Ali’s condition deteriorated and they sought help of Engineer Rashid for his medical follow-up.
“Er Rasheed airlifted Farman Ali and his attendants to Srinagar and decided to bear all the charges required for his travel and treatment. On the advice of doctors Farman Ali was admitted to SMHS Hospital Srinagar for further treatment,” the spokesman said.
