Army using UAV’s to track militant positions

Pampore: The Indian Army have deployed Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) to spot the position of militants who are holed-up inside Entrepreneur Development Institute (EDI) in Pampore town of Pulwama district.

The UAV, fitted with cameras, is used to track militant’s moment.
So far, six people including two CRPF men, two Army men, one Para-Captain and a civilian has died in the gun-battle between militants and forces since Saturday afternoon.
On Saturday, a group of three militants affiliated with Lashkar-e-Toiba attacked a CRPF vehicle at Pampore on Srinagar-Jammu highway.
