Jamiat’s ‘Save Humanity’ conference today

Srinagar: Jamiat Ahle Hadith J&K is organising a conference titled ‘Insaniat Bachao (Save Humanity)’ on Sunday at Jammu Eidgah, under the chairmanship of its President Ghulam Mohammad Bhat Al-Madni.
According to a statement issued here, Jamiat’s general secretary, Dr Abdul Latif Al-Kindi said the conference will deliberate on issued like challenges facing humanity, social brotherhood, sanctity of religions principles and eradication of illiteracy by all means.
“The JAH J&K shall also stress for the passage of Transworld Muslim University bill without any further wait so that the young generation of the state is provided an education platform to excel in different fields,” he said.
Dr Al-Kindi said the renowned ulema (scholars) from different corners of the state and country will participate in the conference and speak on different topics related to humanity and challenges it faces across the world.
“The speakers shall throw light on all kinds of crimes which have made the life of common man miserable and difficult. They will also discuss different aspects of Islamic theology and present a model based on the Islamic principles of pluralism, diversity, safety of life, wealth, health, religion and tribes, to the world,” he said.
The Jamiat general secretary said the conference will stress on education of girl child and security to everyone belonging to any religion, sect or tribe to be ensured and maintained.
