JKLF pays tributes to Idrees Khan

SRINAGAR: Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) on Friday paid tribute to Muhammad Yousf Sheikh alias Idrees Khan even as it condemned the continuing raids on its leader Sirajudin Mir’s residence at Karhama, Tangmarg.
“Idrees Khan was a great martyr. His struggle and sacrifice will always been remembered,” a JKLF spokesman said in a statement issued here.
Condemning the raid by police’s SOG and Army on the residence of JKLF leader, Sirajudin Mir, the spokesman said his family is threatened and the property ransacked. “Such raid on a political leader and intimidating his family is highly condemnable.”
Meanwhile, JKLF expressed grief over the demise of Ali Muhammad Sher Gujree of Budroo Yaripora, Kulgam who was the elder brother of JKLF district president Abdul Sattar.
“JKLF vice-chairman, Advocate Bashir Ahmad Bhat, secretary general, Er Ghulam Rasool Dar Edi, and Muhammad Sidiq Shah visited the deceased’s house and paid tributes to him. They also prayed for his heavenly abode and patience to the braved family,” the spokesman said in a statement.
