Srinagar: The management of 8 Boundaries Builders held a meeting with the officials of State Bank of India (region) on Friday for ensuring hassle free loans to customers interested in buying residential apartments under the Safa Valley projects, a spokesman said.
In a statement, the spokesman said that M.K Bassan, regional manager ( region I ) of State Bank of India, presided over the meet held at Srinagar in connection with the tie up arrangement of SBI with 8 Boundaries Builders Pvt. Ltd for hassle free home loans to the customers mulling to buy residential apartments being constructed under the project Safa Valley at Bathindi in Jammu.
He said that Amir Suharwardy, general manager of 8 Boundaries Builders, welcomed all the valuable customers of the company and branch heads of SBI and other participants at the meeting.
“The motto of 8 Boundaries Builders is to provide housing facilities with international standards which wasn’t possible without SBI’s support. He said that under the Safa Valley project, special discount will be offered to flood effected clients,” the spokesman quoted Amir as saying.
M.K Bassan while speaking on the occasion said that the SBI has entered into a tie up with the company with an objective to increase the Home Loan portfolio of the bank .
“By signing the MOU, India’s leading public sector bank desires to provide hassle free finance to people for purchasing of these flats being constructed at Jammu,” Bassan, according to the spokesman said.
The spokesman said that S.K. Sharma from the bank’s region IV also spoke on the occasion.
