Muslims arrange refreshments for Pandits visiting Badri Kali temple

Handwara: On the eve of Dussehra, many Muslims on Thursday greeted and welcomed hundreds of Kashmiri Pandits to the Badri Kali temple here in this north Kashmir district.
The devotees from Jammu, Delhi and other parts of the valley, participated in the ‘Hawan’ in the shrine.
The Pandits hailed the humble gestures of Muslims of the area who had organised tea and drinking water for the devotees. Large number of people from Muslim community also visited the area. The temple, situated in Handwara, is known to be one of the oldest in the valley.
