Bandipora: Minor clashes broke out in Hajin town of this north Kashmir district when government forces tried to remove Pakistani flags hoisted by youths this morning.

Early morning, some masked youth shouting pro-Pakistan slogans appeared at main Town Hajin and hoisted the country’s flags atop electricity polls and high rise buildings, witnesses told Kashmir Reader.

After sometime, a police team reached the town and tried to remove the flags.

“However, the youths pelted them with stones. The cops returned the stones triggering ding-dong battles. The cops managed to pull down the flags after chasing away the stone pelting youth,” witnesses said.
