Kupwara: At least three army men were injured in a blast in the main town of Kupwara on Wednesday afternoon. Reports said panic gripped the area after the blast near the office of the ‘town commander’, 41 RR.
Shopkeepers and people ran for safety while three army men posted near the camp received minor injuries in the blast. Sources said dozens of civilian vehicles and shops lost their window panes in the blast, but injuries to civilians were reported.
