KEA warns govt of ‘consequences’ if Kashmiris attacked again

Srinagar: Kashmir Economic Alliance (Showkat Chowdhary group) on Monday warned the RSS and those responsible for Udhampur attacks of a befitting response if such acts are repeated in future.
‘Don’t force us to take other measures for safeguarding our interests. This is the last time we are warning the RSS. Next time, Kashmir’s response will be befitting. We are not wearing bangles,” said KEA chairman Showkat Chowdhary
The alliance asked the PDP-BJP coalition government to ensure safety of truckers and traders by deploying more policemen at trouble spots along the highway.
“Why have the culprits not been booked under the PSA? We have cast votes, but we have not sold ourselves. PDP-BJP govt has made our lives difficult. If such attacks are repeated there would be consequences across India,” he said.
