Islamabad: Pakistan’s National Security Advisor (NSA) Sartaj Aziz said today that his country is committed to find a just and peaceful soultion to the long pending Kashmir issue.
Pakistan’s position on the Kashmir dispute is based on the UN Security Council resolutions, Aziz, according to the state run Radio Pakistan said during a meeting here on Tuesday.
He said that Pakistan is steadfast in extending political, moral and diplomatic support to the people of Kashmir in their just struggle for their inalienable right to self-determination.
“Pakistan is ready to hold talks with India at any level without any preconditions,” he said.
Aziz’s comments came in the backdrop of the support extended by the Contact Group of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation to the peaceful resolution of Kashmir dispute.
