Udhampur attack: NIA releases posters of 3 LeT militants

SRINAGAR: National Investigating Agency (NIA), probing last month’s Udhampur attack case, has announced reward for anybody providing information about the three alleged Lashkar-e-Toiba militants involved in the attack.
The agency has put a bounty of Rs 10 lakh on the “mastermind of the attack” and Rs 5 lakh each on his two associates.
Many posters, which appeared in south Kashmir’s Pulwama, Shopian and Tral areas, asked people to provide information about alleged LeT commander Abu Qasim alias Abdur Rehman.
His two associates, Abu Okasa and Zargam alias Mohammad Bhai of Pakistan, are also wanted by the NIA.
Security agencies claim that Qasim was involved in a number of militancy related cases including a deadly attack on army convoy at Hyderpora in 2013. The daredevil attack had claimed lives of 8 soldiers.
The NIA has assured the identity of informer would be kept secret.
