CRPF driver, civilian killed in Ganderbal accidents

Ganderbal: Two persons including a CRPF driver were killed today in two separate road accidents in this central Kashmir district.

Three persons including a CRPF officer and the driver, were injured when their vehicle (WB39 -5669) collided with an Alto car (JK01R 5208) near Wussan area of the district this afternoon, a police official told Kashmir Reader. All the injured were removed to the hospital for treatment. However, the CRPF driver Prakash Chand, succumbed to injuries at the hospital.

In another accident, a man died after a huge branch of a Chinar fell upon his car (JK16-7313) in Nagbal area of the district last evening injuring him critically.

The injured identified as Bashir Ahmad Lone of Tujjer Fatehpora was removed to the SKIMS in critical condition were the doctors declared him brought dead.
Meanwhile, police have registered cases in both the accidents and started investigations.
