Later, Chairman ATAA, Ghulam Nabi Shah, addressed a press conference, urging the authorities to speed up the process for rehabilitation of the flood-hit traders of the district.
“We ask the authorities to immediately rehabilitate all the flood-hit traders whose list has been submitted by the ATAA. We will not tolerate any pick and choose in the rehabilitation of traders on political considerations,” Shah said.
He thanked the district administration and the heads all the Bazar Committees of the town and tehsil and Block committees for their cooperation in the smooth conduct of the polls.
