DIG south Kashmir holds interactive session in Shopian

Srinagar:  Deputy Inspector General of Police (south Kashmir) Nitish Kumar Thursday held an interactive session with police officials in Shopian.
In a statement, a police spokesman said that Kumar also inaugurated a dry canteen facility in the District Police Lines premises.
The spokesman said that the DIG interacted with the policemen and discussed various welfare related issues of the police officials in the district.
During his address, the spokesman said, the DIG assured that proper infrastructure and good training that plays a vital role to enhance efficiency of any organizations was on the top priorities of the department.
Later on, Kumar held a meeting with the officials of the district including Deputy Commissioner Shopian, SSP, SSP Kulgam, SSP Pulwama, Addl. SP, ACR and DYSP Headquarters.
