Geelani aggrieved over demise of former ameer Jama’at’s son

SRINAGAR: Hurriyat Conference (G) Syed Ali Geelani Thursday expressed grief over the demise of son of former Ameer Jama’at-e-Islami Hakim Ghulam Nabi.
In a statement, Geelani said that the diseased, Mujahid-ul-Islam was a noble soul and prayed for his eternal peace.
Geelani, according to the statement, expressed sympathies and solidarity with the bereaved family.
Meanwhile, a party delegation led by general secretary Mohammad Asharf Sehrai visited the residence of the deceased and offered condolences with the family.
