Srinagar: Swine Flu claimed another life today taking the toll to 9 as five more tested positive for the H1N1 at SKIMS.
The SKIMS PRO, Sanna Kulsoom while confirming the death told Kashmir Reader that five more persons tested positive today. She said 100 patients were examined in the OPD today and five samples were taken for further examination.
Meanwhile, out of pending 72 cases, 62 tested positive.
The reports from LD were equally disturbing. According to Dr Mushtaq Rather two suspected cases were referred to SKIMS for further tests and treatment.
However, no fresh cases were reported from other major hospitals of the valley.
So far, a total of 358 cases have been found H1N1 positive in the valley and 9 H1N1 positive have died .
