Kupwara candidates to undergo hospitality training

SRINAGAR: District Employment and Counseling Centre of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district is organising a training programme for candidates interested in hospitality as a profession.
In a press statement issued Wednesday, the Centre said it will sponsor six to eight weeks training programmes for the candidates who are between 18-28 years of age and are 8th class pass.
The candidates will undergo 8-weeks training programme at Food Craft Institute (FCI) Jammu in food production, and 6-weeks training programmes each in Food Beverage and Housekeeping, it said.
“The training will be imparted in Jammu, Bhaderwah, Basohli or Rajouri upon the availability of the said courses,” it added. .
It asked the interested candidates to contact the office of the Centre within three days.
